After the the board was reassembled the new stringers had to be shaped.  A quick few passes from a planer and the new stringer was down to size.  We had to use a few strips of 10 oz to fill in the glass between the old glass layers and the new stringer.  At this same time we reinstalled the original logo back into its original position.  After a few more layers of glass we blasted into them making them level with the original board.  The next step was to rewrap the whole board in fiberglass to so it retained its original strength.
