I just spent the last 4 and 1/2 hours watching Igor from Igor’s Customs work his magic on my latest board. About 3 months ago I had Austin build me one of his new/old designs called a blunt. My new board measures over 10’2 inches long and is nice and heavy so when I thought about a pigment scheme only one thing came to mind. She is going to ride low and ride slow so Lowrider came to mind. I have always been into the Mexican lowrider scene so I thought I would incorporate this into my new board. When you think of a lowrider you have a bright main color, green in this case, you need scallops (not the seafood kind), you are going to need lots of pinstriping, and finally you have to have a statue of the Virgin Mary to sit on your dashboard. I gave Igor the basics of what I wanted and he created a master piece. Check out my board at a break near you.
